Students on the UCM Ministry Team and in Student Leadership roles work together to strengthen the ministry, encourage fellow students, and grow in faith through action. If you are interested in serving in either area YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL OUT ONE OF THESE FORMS. Students who fill out the Leadership form will automatically be added to the ministry team

UCM MINISTRY TEAM FORM

Complete this form if you are interested in serving on the UCM Ministry Team for Spring 2025. The ministry team is for people who want to serve and help out within the ministry regularly in a structured, task-focused way, with a low-level commitment. Forms are due by September 27th.

UCM LEADERSHIP INTEREST FORM

Complete this form if you are interested in serving as a UCM Team Leader (2-4 hrs per week) or Intern (approx. 10-15 hrs per week) for Spring 2025. This is for people who want to make a deeper commitment to growing and shaping the UCM ministry in a structured way. Forms are due by September 27th.
