INSEPARABLE

My name is Sydne. I am majoring in criminal justice with a minor in biology. I have a beautiful cat named Willow and she is a 14-pound lady. Before college, I used to sing competitively and was on varsity track and field.  

INSEPARABLE
Nothing can separate us from God’s love -Romans 8:39  

Growing up, I lived with my mom and my grandma. My father was not really in the picture. Recently, my family went through hardship when my sister started using drugs and getting into the wrong things. Separation often seems the result of bad situations.

When I read this passage of the Bible, it reminds me that no matter what we go through, God is always there for us. In good times and in bad times, God stays close to us and loves us.

I try to remind myself of God’s love in all times. As I experience God’s love in my life, God is now teaching me to have even more patience and compassion for others. Nothing can separate us from God.

“Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—
      not death, life, angels, or ruling spirit.
      I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, 
      no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—
      nothing in the whole created world—
      will ever be able to separate us from
the love of God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:39
